Back in the 90's with a hairy situation myself to deal with, I often went for a wax which didn't go so well. I always wondered back then why a waxing experience couldn't be enjoyable and why my brows were waxed and plucked within a inch of their life.

So, in 1991 I trained and qualified with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy at the prestigious Joyce Blok Beauty Therapy School - with the vision to provide a waxing experience customers could rave about and brows and lashes to die for. 

It's damn hard to be all things to all people and it also means you end up being a bit average. My philosophy is to leverage your strengths and passions and excel in the service or treatment you love providing. It allows you become the best and for clients to receive the best. Not to blow my own trumpet, but you simply won't find a better therapists around.
